  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil (minced) or dill/parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder adjust for preferred spice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

For the Tartar Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika for extra flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Green onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried dill or fresh dill if available

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, basil, thyme, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place the salmon in a dish or bag; pour over marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill.
  4. Arrange marinated salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  5. For grilling, cook fillets for about 4–6 minutes per side.
  6. Mix tartar sauce ingredients until well combined and smooth.
  7. Serve cooked salmon with tartar sauce, garnished with herbs or lemon.
