Preparation
  1. Begin by mincing garlic and ginger. If using chicken breast, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Gather all ingredients including honey, chili flakes, soy sauce, and oil.
Cooking
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken with minced garlic, ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce, and olive oil. Mix well to coat.
  2. Cover and let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add marinated chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
