  2. Marinate Chicken: Cut chicken into cubes, place in a bowl or bag, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  4. Heat Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
  5. Grill Chicken: Cook skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest and Serve: Let grilled chicken rest for 5 minutes, then serve with lemon wedges and garnish.
