Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Thread 4-5 shrimp onto each skewer, ensuring they aren’t crowded.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F. Clean and lightly oil the grill grates.
  5. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon.
