- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into 1 inch meatballs. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Heat over medium until simmering and slightly thickened.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to the saucepan and gently stir to coat them in sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Enjoy!
