- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, minced parsley, and spices. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and apple cider vinegar to create the sauce.
- Once cooked, toss meatballs in the honey garlic sauce to coat them evenly.
- Serve warm, either over rice or as appetizers with toothpicks.
