Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, panko breadcrumbs, ketchup, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion soup mix, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Divide the turkey mixture into six equal portions and shape them into oval loaves.
  4. Place the shaped meatloaf on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. For a glazed finish, mix additional ketchup and steak sauce, brush it on after 20 minutes, then return to the oven for 10-13 more minutes.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.
