Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the sauce ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate if not using right away.
  2. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and coat in cornstarch in a zip-top bag.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet, add the chicken in a single layer, and cook without stirring for 5 minutes.
  4. Flip chicken pieces and cook for another 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Add sauce to the skillet, stir to coat the chicken, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve over rice or noodles.
