- Mix together onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, and kosher salt in a small bowl.
- Wash and dice the potatoes and carrots, and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour a splash of chicken stock over them and sprinkle half of the ranch seasoning on top.
- Place the chicken on top of the veggies and season with the remaining ranch seasoning and a pinch of salt.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, avocado mayo, vinegar, and remaining seasoning in a bowl for the dressing.
- Remove chicken and slice it. Serve with veggies and drizzle creamy ranch dressing over top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or chives before serving.
