For Skewering
  • 6 pieces Wooden Skewers soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes, add to the marinade and toss thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then serve garnished with fresh herbs.
