Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts and cut out circles to fit the muffin cups.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat for 6–8 minutes.
- Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
- Fold in mixed vegetables and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
- Fill each muffin cup with the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the fillings in the muffin cups.
- Cut smaller circles from leftover dough for tops and seal the pies.
- Vent the tops with slits and brush with milk or egg wash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
