Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts and cut out circles to fit the muffin cups.
  3. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat for 6–8 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
  5. Fold in mixed vegetables and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Fill each muffin cup with the beef and vegetable mixture.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the fillings in the muffin cups.
  8. Cut smaller circles from leftover dough for tops and seal the pies.
  9. Vent the tops with slits and brush with milk or egg wash.
  10. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
