Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken breast into uniform, bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches.
  2. Pat the pieces dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lightly brush each chicken piece with olive oil or spray it with cooking spray.
  5. Roll the coated pieces in the breadcrumb mixture until thoroughly covered.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and arrange the coated chicken bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let the chicken bites cool slightly, then transfer to a serving platter.
