Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Peel and cube sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces and trim the green beans.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet potatoes and green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on one side of the rimmed baking sheet and place the green beans on the other side.
  5. Place salmon fillets in the center, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with lemon zest and juice.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is flaky and sweet potatoes are tender.
