  3. Cook Shrimp: Add shrimp in a single layer, season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Add Garlic: Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Finish: Squeeze fresh lime juice over shrimp, stir in cilantro, and remove from heat.
