Ingredients
  

For the Red Layer
  • 1 cup strawberries Can substitute with raspberries.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Can substitute with agave syrup or omit if using very ripe fruit.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Lime juice makes a great alternative.
For the White Layer
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with regular or non-dairy yogurt.
For the Blue Layer
  • 1 cup blueberries Can substitute with blackberries.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut water or water Helps thin fruit purees.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Red Layer by blending strawberries with honey and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Make the Yogurt Layer by combining Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until creamy.
  3. Prepare the Blue Layer by blending blueberries with honey and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
  4. Layer the Red Mixture by pouring the strawberry layer into molds and freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm.
  5. Add the Yogurt Layer by spooning the yogurt mixture over the red layer and freeze for another 30-45 minutes.
  6. Finish with the Blue Layer by adding the blueberry mixture on top and freeze until completely solid.
  7. Serve the Firecracker Popsicles by briefly running warm water over the molds to release.
