  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground is ideal

  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Herbs Cilantro or parsley; swap as preferred

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the cauliflower under cold water and pat it dry. Cut into evenly sized florets (1-2 inches).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil with smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well-blended.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the spice mixture and toss until coated evenly.
  5. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with herbs and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
