Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Spread tomatoes and garlic on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  5. In a blender, combine roasted garlic and tomatoes, blending until chunky.
