Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Roast sweet potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
