Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
- Scoop out portions of the turkey mixture and shape them into meatballs about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter. Place each meatball onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart.
- Bake the meatballs for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and apple cider vinegar until smooth to prepare the glaze.
- Once the meatballs have finished baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the honey garlic sauce over them, tossing gently until each meatball is coated.
- Serve the Honey Garlic Turkey Meatballs warm, either as a main dish or as appetizers.
