Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, panko breadcrumbs, minced parsley, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the turkey mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter. Place each meatball on your prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and at an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Whisk together honey and apple cider vinegar to create the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the honey garlic sauce until coated and serve.
