Step-by-Step Instructions for Sweet Chili Chicken Stir-Fry
- Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and chop bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Trim snow peas, mince garlic and ginger.
- In a medium bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey or brown sugar. Whisk until well blended.
- Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the wok. Sauté for 30 seconds, then add bell peppers and snow peas. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the wok, pour in the prepared sauce, and stir to coat. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Transfer stir-fry to a serving plate, garnish with green onions, and serve immediately.
