Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, and place in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Pour over chicken in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
  4. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return chicken to the slow cooker and mix with sauce.
