- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for approximately 2 minutes until they start to turn pink.
- Using the same skillet, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar; stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss gently in the glaze for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
