  1. Chop fresh broccoli into small florets. Steam in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain well.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and press each triangle into a greased muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Spoon the chicken-broccoli filling into each dough cup, dividing evenly and filling generously.
