  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, pour in olive oil and sauté chopped onion for about 2–3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
  4. Stir in sliced bell peppers and sauté for another 3–4 minutes until they soften slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to taste.
  6. Arrange provolone cheese slices on the baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until melted.
  7. Once melted, scoop a spoonful of the beef mixture onto one edge of the cheese and roll it up tightly.
  8. For a crispy texture, return the roll-ups to the oven for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
